In the time that I have worked with Jason Rush, he has impressed me with his initiative and resourcefulness. Based on hearing passing conversations or noticing issues in the day-to-day operations, Jason often corrects issues before being formally asked to do so.

Jason diligently researches issues to provide low-cost solutions first, and then meticulously develops a plan for redundancy prior to taking the next step in implementing changes. Jason has written much of the IT Policy and Procedure to bring our company current to today’s standards and fit our operations. He has published all the information required to access and correct issues in a “how to” forum available to Management in his absence. Jason has also written software to enhance or supplement our current software packages.

Also acting as a field technician in the capacity of IT or Security Electronics, Jason quickly learned the security industry equipment and protocols to supervise or support major projects. The Field Technicians quickly viewed him as a valuable resource and took instruction from him.

I have never felt like I had to closely supervise Jason in any tasks. He only requires direction, and takes it from there. Jason also has no issue requesting aid when required.
